By booking a service, accessing the Community Vault, or using the Eduvate Tuition platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, learners, parents, guardians, and clients ("you" or "user").

Using Eduvate Tuition

Eduvate Tuition provides personalised 1:1 academic mentorship, educational resources, and learning community support for primary, GCSE, and A-Level learners. Users agree to provide accurate information upon registration and to use our services responsibly.

Learning sessions

Sessions are personalized strictly for the registered learner and must not be shared with or transferred to non-registered individuals. Session times, delivery formats, and mentor assignments depend on tutor and student availability. Specific notice periods required for rescheduling or canceling a scheduled session will be communicated during enrollment.

Payments

All payments for Eduvate Tuition services are completed via direct bank transfer to our designated official business bank account as outlined on your invoice. Service fees, package rates, and payment schedules will be communicated clearly before purchase. Proof of transfer or transaction references provided by you are used for manual payment verification and internal record-keeping.

Our content

Learning materials, lesson plans, videos, text, graphics, worksheets, branding, and other BrightPath content belong to BrightPath or our content partners. They may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or redistributed without permission.

User conduct

When accessing Eduvate Tuition platforms, sessions, or community groups, users agree not to share or distribute learning materials without permission, upload harmful or inappropriate content, attempt unauthorized access to system accounts or learner records, interfere with website operations, or violate applicable laws.

Mentor and learner interactions

Learners and parents are expected to communicate respectfully with academic mentors and members of the Eduvate Tuition team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate sessions if behavior compromises the safety, learning environment, or wellbeing of mentors or other students.

Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Eduvate Tuition services, session bookings, or the Community Vault if an account is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, payment schedules, or applicable laws.

Educational disclaimer

Eduvate Tuition is designed to support academic growth, exam technique, and subject confidence. While our mentors are high-achieving scholars providing personalized guidance, we cannot guarantee specific examination scores, grade outcomes, or university admission results..

Third-party services

Eduvate Tuition utilizes trusted third-party service providers for website hosting, analytics, communication, and infrastructure tools. Your interaction with these third-party tools may be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
