Standalone access to the Community Vault is £23/month. 1:1 Live Mentorship starts from £25/hour (depending on academic level) and includes free full access to the Community Vault. Payments are processed via direct bank transfer 24 hours prior to scheduled sessions.

Within 24 hours of every completed 1:1 session, your mentor logs a detailed progress report—including covered topics, confidence scores, homework tasks, and specific exam strategy notes-sent directly to parents and learners.
You can cancel or reschedule any 1:1 session without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Because mentors reserve this time exclusively for you, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice remain fully billable.
